Starting salary	University graduate：197,800yen Two-year college graduate：180,700yen High school graduate：172,300yen
Salary increase	Once a year
Bonus	Twice a year
Work hours	8:30 to 17:10 (actual working hours: 7 hours and 50 minutes)
Time off and holidays	Saturdays (three times a month), Sundays, public holidays (total: 110 days); plus Golden Week holidays, summer holidays, and Year End/New Year holidays
Leave	Paid vacation, mourning leave, company anniversary
Education and training system	New employee training, on-the-job training, participation in external seminars, etc
